Online access (children under 11)
To allow children access to online services a parent will need to request proxy access.
To enable this to be granted we will need a copy of the child’s birth certificate with the requesting parent named on the certificate.
Online access (children 11-16)
This will only be authorised if a clinician is happy that the child understands the concept of confidentiality and the risks associated with sharing their login in details with any other person, including their parents
