Despite the recent Coronavirus pandemic, it is still important your child continues to receive their routine immunisations and you are given the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have about your baby/child. You can arrange an appointment with one of the practice nurses by contacting the surgery
Vaccinating your child protects them from serious illnesses
It is important that you register your baby at the practice at your earliest convenience. To do this you will need to complete a registration form at the practice. Please ensure you have the baby’s NHS number when completing the form, this can be found in the baby’s red book.
Please note the nurse giving the immunisations will require parental consent, if neither parents are attending please provide written consent.
